Going on 2 weeks that Ford's App server unable to change/modify departure times. Just in time for chilly weather. So often no preconditioning or warmed up car. Ford is non-responsive.
Hi. So I have 500kwt balance granted to me in my Blue Oval Network, via Ford Pass App. Today I tried accessing this balance at an Electrify Amer charge station to no avail. (Ended up paying via EA app on cellphone with NFC). In the Ford app, plug and charge was toggled on. Help?
My dealership told me I don't need the Customer Satisfaction Program 21P22 - Software Calibration Update because my build date is new (July 2021, picked up Nov). Car does not fast charge past 80% so I think the dealer is wrong?
Hi. My Premium 2wd ext battery charges to 257 miles showing as 100%. I have a long trip coming up, how do I bypass the fictional 100% to be able to charge to 300 miles, or real 100%, some of the time?
