Just got an OBDII adapter with an USB plug to laptop, no wifi or blustooth. Not happy with the seller, so it can't run car scanner on my iphone. But I have Forscan on my laptop. If I can see the SOC I'll be ok. Any way to get the SOC off Forscan?

it's a 22 select. The low side AC pipe doesn't feel cold and the hi side not hot. blower runs. Did a factory reset but it didn't help. below the max ac button the Heat space bar can't change to AC. Anything else can I try before bring it to a dealership?
