I can confirm that the standard range battery packs are only coming with 115 kW charging. Only the extended range gets 150 kW charging.

No. At least over here in the Netherlands they don't. You may get it with the Premium when you have the extended range battery, but I'm not sure about that.

Definitely loving my Premium SR AWD. I was lucky to buy one off the lot and get behind the weel in 3 weeks (Netherlands). The one I got is a DMG without any additional packages. Would have loved to have the B&O sound system, as the base audio system is average at its best. Though to be fair...
