Interesting response as we are in CA and have $0 deductible comprehensive coverage on our MachE. Maybe an insurance company-specific thing.....have it specifically to cover all the glass due to the bad roads and other hazards (drive frequently through canyon roads with frequent falling rocks).

I am in the same boat. First appointment available was 10/4 to do the HVJB update and Blue Cruise (and a refund for a second key fob purchased previously). Told the Blue Cruise update was not showing any longer so could not do it. Does that also mean it will not come OTA either at some point?
