I think your FP setting is overriding the car. I had this happen with departure times. Kept turning off in the car, but the app would turn it back on. Check the FP app.

Set in the car. I turn it off every day and, next day, it is back on again. I do not need it.

I set dep time once, then turned it off, but it turns itself back on every time I drive. Anyone else seen this?

Your 13 will be more efficient than my 24 from 2012, most likely. Here in CA, you have to install a battery at the same time.

I have 24 solar panels and still end up paying.
