Sorry, I tried to post a wheel offset calculator but it's not working. The aftermarket wheel will set 27mm or approximately and inch further out. The range for an 8.5 wide wheel would be +35 - +55 so the +48 is ideal. I hope you don't mind a DM coming your way.

Absolutely a solid fit for that vehicle. You are gaining an inch 1/2 in width from factory and 8mm of poke from the offset of the wheel.

The Michelin Crossclimate 2 comes in two load indexes. 99V and 103V. You may have selected the lower load index and that's why is says improper fitment.

45k out of factory tires is awesome. The only stand out on the Nexen Roadian is its mileage promise of 70k. The ride would probably be more firm, it's hard to beat a Michelin when it comes to ride quality. Let us know if there is anything we can assist you with.👍

Sorry for the delayed response. From the picture, the wear bars between the circumferential grooves are not at the top, which means you are probably at 4-5 32nds of tread left. When the wear bars show, you are at 3/32nds and would want to replace the tires. Keep in mind, any Discount Tire/...
