I manged to squeeze BF Goodrich G-Force T/A 285/40ZR18's on mine. The track GR40s used Toyo 305s with special wheels, but at that point, I didn't want to spend any more money! Squeezing cars between family and (now, for me at 68 years) retirement is a challenge. Don't leave it too late!

Your profile says that your '06 S197 was modded. What mods did you do? My Griggs GR40 mods resulted in pretty stunning handling. They also removed over 300 pounds (much of it due to replacing the K-member with a tubular front frame) and lowered the ride height about 1.5 inches.
