Here's the thing - Tesla is quick to release software, even when it's not ready or dangerous. Ford is slow to release software, wanting to make sure there's nothing that'll get them sued.
The reality is, both companies are wrong and the right solution is somewhere in the middle.

The bug is that it didn't use your profile if you remotely started the car, it used the guest. The question now is that the fix supposedly keeps the the last profile when you remote start, so it's unclear if it'll actually choose the correct profile if someone else was using it on their profile...
They were newer (t'was a '19), I just hated them. It was so much better moving to a non RFT (sadly, not before I had to buy 2 additional tires because they couldn't repair small punctures)
My BMW X3 had run flats - I ditched them as soon as they wore out. They can't be repaired if you pick up a nail, they were stiffer and noisier than other options, and they're really pricey. Had a much better ride switching to standard all-seasons

Some states classify selling electricity by the kW as a utility with all sorts of burdensome regulations. That's the most common reason some DCFC is billed by time instead of power (but not the only reason).
