I've never been able to get the SOC indication on my Ford.com page. It shows the actual tire pressures, the estimated range, and the total odometer mileage, and none of the boxes shown above appear below the tires, range, and OD reading.
I'm lucky to see even one other EV in my daily drive here. There are a half-dozen Teslas in town that I see regularly; 2 or 3 other MMEs that I hardly ever see; 1 Lightning, and I've seen one Rivian, one Volt, and one Bolt on a few occasions.
I've only used DCFC twice in the year we've owned the 22 Premium, once in Madison WI, and once in Iowa City. The other time I tried to use one was in Cedar Rapids. It wasn't working, nor was the one at a Lincoln dealership. I believe the entire Charge Point network was down that day. I wound...
'22 Premium X AWD, a year old this week, non EAP, never seen the inside of the dealership. Got 6.7 a few days ago, and keep checking every day to see if 6.8 has arrived. BC 1.x would be nice, but I'm not likely to pay for a subscription as I'm about 75 miles away from anywhere I can use it...
None of the choices quite match me either. I'm about 85-90% EV. My daily driver is a Jeep Wrangler 4xe PHEV. Most of the time it's driven in golf cart mode. In the 12k miles we've driven this year in both cars, 11k were EV mode, but for some trips we've needed the ICE option in the Jeep. For...
Yesterday afternoon I got a message on the Sync screen that there was an update coming. 6.6.0 installed overnight. The 'details' screen just mentions background updates to improve the software. Anyone else get it yet?
I'm a bit of a prepper, so we went this route: my wife's MME ER AWD and my Jeep Wrangler 4xe. I do 90% of my driving in the Jeep in full electric mode, L2 charging it every day or two. We've taken the MME on a couple of trips that required DCFC and I'm getting more comfortable with the idea...
Yep, that was it. Drove a couple of miles and then set a route back to home and cancelled it. That fixed it. Thanks for the advice. I don’t remember seeing the indicator previously, even though the built in nav is all I ever use
I thought that might be it too and tried cancelling nav with a voice command and it told me there was no route set. I'll have to experiment more when she gets home and I have access to the car.
My wife's MME has just started displaying a symbol below the main battery/range indicator. It's a line that ends in a checkered flag and 5 mi. My guess is that's it's trying to indicate the distance to a charger, but I have no idea why it suddenly started showing up. Any idea of what it is...
I suspect those numbers are pretty close. I know they are in our case. The Mach-E is 'her' car, and it's usual mileage is <>20mi/day. In the three months we've owned it, we've only made one trip over over 100 miles and have yet to try public charging. 'My' car is a Wrangler 4xe, which is...
Happened to me last night on my usual short trip into town. We always drive in Whisper. The Drive Mode Unavailable message flashed up, so when we parked I brought up the home screen to see that Whisper was greyed out. I switched to Engage, and then Whisper became available again. I wrote it...
