I've been having an issue where while in CarPlay with the Apple Maps up - the zoom will randomly change and switch from 3D to 2D This is without an active route / nav going - just with the map being displayed - anyone else having this issue??

I picked up my MME on Friday ('22 Select - No Packages) - it did not include a privacy cover for the cargo area - the liftgate has the clips for it. I asked my dealer if this was missing - they said it was an add-on - I wanted to confirm before questioning them further. Thanks
