Maybe fair, but the speed limit sign recognition feature appears to me to be part of the cruise control function - not Blue Cruise. I think the speed limit sign thing works even with Blue Cruise turned off, unless you do as others have done and deactivate that specific feature.
Could be wrong.

Scroll down to the Vehicle Detailed tab and look under Configured Options. That's where mine has "Active Park Assist Prep Kit -$325" shown now. Apparently, the fact that my order from 2021 still included that Assist Prep Kit was the thing that was keeping it from being scheduled for production.
