    Yup. As of tomorrow, It'll be 24 weeks for me. Still without a production date on my Premium AWD ER. Absolute best-case scenario at this point is 32 weeks for production, plus an additional 4-12 weeks for delivery. Absurd. You'll see some Ford apologists post some nonsense about supply chain...

    This is correct. The dealer has a 4-digit order code, and a 6-digit alphanumeric sales code. Without both of those, Ford Customer Support is utterly useless.
