I like the Out of Spec team but they regularly post 1-2 hour long videos and the Lightning-Rivian-Cybertruck-Chevy video was over 3 hours long. I can’t watch movies that long anymore let alone a YT video. No way that length of video is better than the shorter 20 min and more often method.

Sorry to hear about your issues. It's clear you aren't alone in waiting for parts. Everyone waiting for parts must ask to have it escalated at the dealership service/parts department and with the BEV team. I didn't have to wait for our HVBJB part but did have to wait for our failed drive unit...

Shout out to @Ford Motor Company for the quick reply to my DM and for quickly creating a case to make sure we get the offer. My hope is it won't take too long to process. I encourage others who haven't received anything to contact Ford via DM or call the number posted to get a case created.
