Did you ever get this fixed. I've noticed item 1 on mine as well. Nope noticeable when the weather is cold and for me it's resolved by pressing either driver side or passenger side fabric dash area.

Quick update: Looks like the dealer was able to replace the left panel, and had to order the right panel. Should be 4-6 business days to receive it. At least for now, I can see that the cargo cover stays in much better on the left side with the new panel ... woohoo!

Sounded like it was more the MMEs produced in 2020 and 2021s that had the issue. Not sure about when in 2022 the new improved design came into effect to resolve it.
