  1. This isn't going to work for me. Temperature @ vent measuring 15C degrees

Something is wrong with your heater. It was -10F to -35F most of the week, I preconditioned and I had to turn the heat down on my commute. My range was in the toilet (to be expected), but I was warm.
  2. Problems with Ford Connected Charge Station in the Cold?

I shut their breakers off all day yesterday and they worked again when I got home. Ford is working with me on it. I couldnā€™t find any temp. ratings for them either, only that they are supposed to be weatherproof. It is supposed to be -26F with 40-45mph winds tomorrow, so weā€™ll see. Iā€™ll post...
  3. Problems with Ford Connected Charge Station in the Cold?

Installation error, please contact your installer. I donā€™t think they both failed due to installation error. I shut them both off at the breaker yesterday and powered them back on last night. They both now work, but tomorrow is supposed to be -26F with 45 mph winds, so weā€™ll see. Ford is...
  4. Problems with Ford Connected Charge Station in the Cold?

Has anyone has any issues with their Ford Connected Charge Station in the cold? I have 2 installed on the exterior of our house. Our temps reached single digits (the coldest it has been since either of them were installed) and both gave error codes within 12 hours of each other and are no...
  5. Mach-Lee's Mach-E Cold Weather Testing [Taking Requests]

Thatā€™s about what I am getting here in Montana range wise right now with preconditioning. I am a little less, but I run studded tires in the winter. I am curious how that will change when our high is -23F this week. I know this sounds weird, but if my hair is wet in the mornings, it will fog my...
  6. Dealers discouraging BlueCruise

Both of my Job 1 MMEā€™s had Bluecruise modules installed w/o issue by the dealer. If it can be done in Montana smoothly, no other dealer should have an excuse! Find another dealer and shame them that dealers in Montana can do it without bricking it!
  7. Tesla owners and CCS chargers.... They are invading.... and Rude!

I ran into this yesterday. The Tesla owners were super friendly and after seeing my MME inside and out wanted to order one to replace their other Tesla! Iā€™ll take them over the dealership in Bozeman that has Bozemanā€™s only DC charger (supposed to be public) that leaves their courtesy Etron...
  8. But mine is a extended range. 277 miles

Cold weather zaps your range, I assumed this was a well known fact. I am lucky if I get 50% of my summer range in the dead of winter with preconditioning and storing my MME in in the garage. That 115 miles at 50% is going to look really high when the temps hit single digits and below. I knew...
  9. Winter tires?

I live in Montana and Nokian Hakkapeliitaā€˜s are in my opinion the best winter tires ever!!!! I can stop on ice quickly and make it through at least a foot of fresh snow. I have put them on my last 5 cars(yes, I have a car problemšŸ™„). I put them on my MME last year and now my MME is the best...
  10. šŸ—ŗ HVBJB Replacement – Map – Time To Repair (by Dealer)

My husbandā€™s Mach E was repaired in 20 days, just got it back last week. Thenā€¦ā€¦ā€¦mine failed yesterday on my way to work. HVBJB is on back order for minešŸ˜”. Anyone have experience with time frame for it to come in off back order?
  11. Is this what I have to look forward with owning a Mach-E?

I am in love with my MME and wouldnā€™t trade it for anything other than another MME. It makes me laugh with pure unadulterated joy when I hit the accelerator. I love it so much I bought a second MME. I have to say my Mercedes GLC had way more recalls and was in the shop excessively. All in...
  12. From SVS to SSN - The Tejon Pass Claims Another Mach-E

Sorry, but it would seem so. I literally have identical MMEā€™s, even same color (beggers canā€™t be choosers). FYIā€¦ I had mine wrapped, because having his and hers matching cars is way too muchā€¦ I am a little envious he gets a new HVBJB!
  13. From SVS to SSN - The Tejon Pass Claims Another Mach-E

I have 2 2021 MMEā€™s. I have driven mine for 13,000 miles with multiple DC charges, road trips driving over mountain passes several times with somewhat general fast driving and my car has had no issues. My husbandā€™s has never been DC charged and just been driven around town with 4500 miles. He...
