I have this issue, and we dont really use plug and charge but we do like to use charge assist at various stations which is pretty slick for quick and easy payment. It's an option on the car we paid for, and it's not working. Just received a case number today. We'll see.

Same here. After receiving 6.8. Car says 6.8. App says 6.7 is most recent and returns this error. seems like this is related to the stalled update rollout. 2021 job 1 here.

Well it works as well as Tesla whatever u call it. From a drivers perspective, plug it in and walk away.

EVgo plug and charge works flawlessly once you set it up. Their UI and charges are superior!

Anyone know what hardware or software issue is delaying job 1’s? Good news for me is we also have a ‘22 mme that is on 6.4 so we’ll be able to use bc 1.3 when it comes.
