    The automated wasn't working for me either but after it tells you that it doesn't recognize the railca4 number it gives you the option to talk to a rep, don't remember exactely how but listen to all the options the second time are different

    You don't need to be registrated with UP to get some updates if you have the railcar number. Call 1-800-877-5123, you have 2 options, follow the prompts for trace and give your rail #, if it doesn't work wait for a rep, they give you limited info but the can tell you where is it at the moment...

    I ordered mine on Dec5, accepted the next day. At that moment it was 59395, after they took the 325 for the kit so your price looks correct. Good luck to all of you waiting!
