My colleagues are currently getting their promised 2020 Polestars. I was persuaded to go for the Mach-E. Isn't fun in a Teams Call to hear those guys brag ... Hopefully Ford will come up with something else besides the € 3,000 to put them in their place next year. (or this year)....

I see that production of Mach E's in Mexico is going fine. Wouldn't it be nice if we could get some of those cars, before the end of the year? Saves FORD € 3.000,- per car, and me € 3.500,- in extra TAX

I have emailed to Ford NL. They replied that I should go to the dealer, which I did. The dealer argued that it was a promis from Ford... From pillar to post (tranlation from dutch saying "van het kastje naar de muur"). That's why I started this discussion on the Mach E Forum

It was Ford, who made the promiss. My lease company could care less, what car I chose. At the time (end of Febuary) Covid 19 already closed down a lot of factory's in China and it is was Ford who claimed to me that Covid 19 would not affect my delivery date.

Ford knew of the Tax break at the end of this year, we were already in Corona time, when they made there promiss to me. Of course I can cancel the order, but then I will be left with my current lease car, because our company currently has a "lease stop". I'm not asking for extra discount but...

I ordered my new lease car end February 2020. With the express conformation, from Ford, that the Car would be delivered in 2020 The car being delivered in 2021, has a huge, financial downside for me (and 2.000 other Dutch customers) We will miss a huge Tax benefit on full Electrical vehicles...
