So 2 days ago I got too close to a very tall curb and scraped the bottom of my bumper a bit. Now in bluecruise, my follow distance doesnt work and it will just go right into the car in front of me. I have also seen about 5 collision alerts over 50 miles of driving since. I took off the lower...
I paid the $500 deposit online but I just pulled my CC history and it looks like the charge went directly to the dealer.
I was under the impression that X plan was available in Nov 21. The dealer even offered to honor my xplan if I gave up price protection.
yeah the missing deposit still baffles me. they had no idea that ford required a deposit to place an order. again it was 10 months ago which isnt helping anyone except the "forgetful" dealer.

1. Price Protection: They wanted to charge me the MSRP on the window sticker. I...
thanks! i dont even have the car yet but i do have the rack. id like to get the hitch sorted before the car arrives in late september so everything is ready to go.
Can you get a measurement of how close the hitch gets to the farthest back plane of the vehicle? Or would you be interested in putting on a quikrstuff rack to confirm clearance?
The Rockymounts is 7 inches from pin to closest part of rack which makes it work well with the Torklift. I still say torklift should extend their hitch for us 1up and quickerstuff owners since we are the cool kids.
Okay so 5.5 inches from hitch pin center to farthest away part on trunk. I think thats my take away here. I ordered a quikrstuff rack which will be 5.35" so I think a Curt is my only hitch option to avoid interference.
Im starting to think Torklift screwed up their design and recessed it too...
