Called two dealers, no response from service advisors nor call back over the last three hours. Trying for third dealer now.
Meanwhile I scheduled my Tesla service in 2 minutes <facepalm>
Ford customer support couldn’t do anything, they said dealer can price how much ever they want and they don’t have control. I will leave a dealer review that I didn’t get price protection and have also reached out to BBB.org. No resolution yet.
My dealer Fremont Ford (including the GM) is not honoring price protection, even after sharing all the info (VOMC, Memo etc) and wants me to walk away from the order if I cannot take it.
