I cancelled last night and renewed right away. Today I was charged for the new subscription and I was just sent an email saying I was getting a pro-rated amount back for my cancelation.

Well Dang. Deactivating and reactivating fixed it. The bad thing is that I will be charged again starting tomorrow for restarting the service and I doubt I will get a pro-rated refund for my cancelation. Oh well, good thing its only a few bucks but this worked. Thanks

How do you soft reset the APIM?

I activated it about two weeks ago. Alexa shows that it is enabled and it also shows enabled in my connected services area in the app.

I would like to have it, I live in a building that requires valet so I would like to know when and if they move my car around. Either way I am still frustrated that it was there and now they are telling me I have to wait until next year to get it back and then I have to pay for it.

I have called them before and they were good on answering but they basically told me to go find a new charger. This has happened multiple times so I gave up on calling. waste of time in my experience

I live in Miami and I have not seen these yet. I do however have a lot of issues with little yellow droppings on my car. Seems like I just wash my car and drive it home and I have yellow droppings all over. is this bug p**p or what is it? it is pretty bad and happens a lot lately.
