If you haven't already you will also need to go to www.ford.com and create an account then attached the VIN of your vehicle to that account. Once you have done that you will need to add a valid credit card to the account.

Yeah, I think there was an update that disabled auto folding mirrors. It's under settings>vehicle> mirrors. Also one other thing to check is under settings>vehicle>welcome lighting make sure the toggle is enabled. Sometimes taggling it off then on will make it work again.
You are looking in the wrong place. Under your vehicle settings go to "Software Updates" and it will tell you the last update your vehicle received. If you use the FordPass app it can also tell you the latest update your vehicle received.
