Quick update for anyone wondering about charging sub 20°F (was -3°F this morning, now 15°F) using only 120v wall outlet - and parked outside... and yes, my MME preconditions just fine.

Was only asking because my work parking lot has outlets installed at every spot, just wanted to know if it would be able to precondition at all on those. I have a full hardwired 240v Lv2 set up in my garage with 80A service.
