It had to sit at the dealer for a week until they finally looked at it, but just like everyone said, they have to order a new TCU (modem). We'll see how long it takes to come in. :)

Thanks everyone for the help! I tried pulling the fuse, and then I tried the disconnecting the 12V battery, but it's still broken, so I'm guessing I'll need a new modem. I'll call the dealer and get it in.

Yep, I have a Galaxy S24+, and I got the security update last night, and now my PAAK isn't working today. Hopefully there will be another phone update to fix what they broke, or maybe Ford will release an update to FordPass to work around whatever Android did.
