I know the Mach-E is becoming more popular - but in my area, they’re still quite rare. Exchanged a few horn beeps and a wave with another driver today which got me thinking… has anyone formalized this a lá the “Jeep Wave”?
Curious if any of you in Mach-E-light areas experience the same?

I got this same set of issues today after charging at a public charger (that happened to have a broken latch, not sure if related). Planning to let the vehicle site for a few hours and check back.
Hit IKEA this weekend (thanks BCHF!) and was able to fit one of their queen-size rolled mattresses with comfortable room for at least 2 more of them. The space is deceiving!
The official IRS guideline for 2022 is that the car must be "placed into service" before the new year. Hard to quantify exactly what that means but I would assume if the sale is completed, the vehicle is received by the dealer, and you're just waiting to pick it up, should be okay? Not a...
Got a call from my dealer that my vehicle is ready to pickup! Headed over there this afternoon to get it finished up. Actual date of arrival was yesterday afternoon (12/26/22).
Ordered from the same dealer. Update as of this morning is loaded on to flat car just outside of Roanoke, VA. Here’s to a pre-2023 delivery for us both!
Welp... estimated delivery is 1/5/23 - 1/11/23 for mine. Still seems that it'll be eligible for the full EV credit but sucks that I'll have to wait until next April to claim that. Oh well!
Finally moved to "Awaiting Shipment" with a official build date of 11/22. Saw modules and tear tag as well. Still on track for 2022 delivery... will have to wait and see what my dealer says.
Oh absolutely - they've seen the lack of standardization here in the US and are trying to flip the market to their side. Interesting choice from a manufacturing perspective as well, since standardizing on CCS would simplify their differences between US market and EU market vehicles. Maybe...
Just came across this announcement from Tesla:

While it's not the retrofitting of Superchargers to CCS as many were hoping for (and as seen in the EU), it seems to be a start towards interoperability.
Thoughts?
