There was NO warning light on the dash at all. The door was closed. It must have popped open as I backed up. The driver can't see it since it is blocked by the side mirror. The light sensor is also not working but part is not available from Dealer

Hi. I think my situation is a slightly different variation on the cheaply designed charge door. I didn't notice it didn't stay shut and backed out if garage. The door caught the side of the garage and took off the face cover of the charger door. And I have a different piece that fell off. So...

thanks. yeah...with my ICE car, I know which things to go to dealer or mechanic...just wasn't sure with EV how specialized they need to be, and there isn't as much maintenance.
