    When you connected your phone again did you open CarPlay Apple Maps or did you try opening Apple Maps directly on your phone while it’s connected to CarPlay? I tried it with another iPhone right now and did the opening through the iPhone when the EV-routing prompt came up.

    On your iPhone hold the Apple Maps app until the option to uninstall pops up. Uninstall it and then reinstall by searching in App Store. Also make sure to remove your iPhone from your Mach-E. Then try reconnecting like it’s a brand new phone. This happened to me

    Tried this but once I walked away it still locked with the walk away feature. Might have to turn off that feature and attempt again later.

    So you turn on the parking brake in the middle console then turn off the car. Close the door and press the lock symbol on the black panel and just walk away?

    Quick question if the HVAC update got done should my vehicle be in 3.6.1 for the software? Because the 3.5.4.2 update still stayed the same.
