I spent way too much time trying it out with various devices and steps, but THIS (https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/psa-paak-and-pixel-7-pro.22510/page-4#post-549404) did the trick for me by resetting the fuse that handles Bluetooth module on the car. Hope it helps!
