I think it’s because I complained to Ford yesterday and then my dealer today. Lol. But only one got updated.

So, I messaged my dealer... and within a few hours I had 3.6.1 for my one of two vehicles!

Hi all. I just got two new Premium MME’s and supposed to have Bluecruise. I was on the highway tonight and it didn’t give me the option. I checked and it looks like it’s not activated on both cars. (We only got the second week in December. This is something g the dealership should have done...
