I have that same issue however, my car no longer connects to the Ford app. They are going to try replacing the TCU now… always fun on a 3-4 month old car.
Well if it makes you feel slightly better my car has already made its way to the service department. FordPass just doesn’t work in my vehicle anymore. They can’t figure out why. Have to take it in again next week. The dealership wants to try one more thing before getting engineers involved. Smh...
It’s not an option on 2023 selects. They don’t come with memory seat positions. You would think with that would be standard in such an expensive car.

Unfortunately I can’t see anything because they had me remove my vehicle from the dashboard to try and re load it up. Now it won’t activate at all.
Right… I told them that someone had mentioned they were advised their issues on the backend and they said they couldn’t see anything from Ford stating that. So we will see. Worse part is now it’s completely not activated so I will have no clue when it’s actually up and running again
Well the dealer just called and said their tech looked over the car and says everything is working as intended parts wise. They will give me back the car tomorrow morning and if it’s still not working they will have to schedule an engineer to come up to the dealership. My guess as I seeing more...
Mine started on Saturday…with everyone else’s having these issues debating if I need to actually take it in Tomorrow or wait it out as clearly this is more then an isolated issue with my car.
Seems like a lot of people are having issues with it. wonder if a bug happened or a Ford issue. The downside is I followed ford customer support and deleted my car from the appand now it won’t reactivate. But hey I guess I llgive it to the dealer tomorrow and let them have a go at it. 2 months...
Yea mine connection icons have been going in and out. I seen off few spots now of people having similar issues. But no matter what I do I can not get the app to connect.

Did you ever find a resolve? I noticed my car stopped connecting to the Ford pass and website as well. Contacted Ford support and they had me reset Ford pass by deleting vehicle and now it won’t activate again.
it’s just not updating any info on the app or website. Also can’t use the app to unlock doors. I doubt it’s in deep sleep as I have driven the car no problem all day. It just refuses to sync up to the cloud I guess.
