Noted! Iāll definitely include a power/regen gauge as an option in the form of a customizable widget.
Regarding the brake light indicator, could you explain why you'd like it on the instrument cluster? I'm not aware of any cars that have this feature.
Do you see any value in the READY label? It's always on unless you're in Full Accessory mode. Wouldn't it be better to indicate when the car is not ready to drive? For example, in Full Accessory mode, show a pop-up message that says to Press the brake pedal and push Start button again.
I am genuinely curious about how people use this energy meter. Why is it important to you? It's a simple idea that you use more energy when you accelerate and get some energy back when you use brakes, but what practices can this meter coach you on?
Iām going to add this as an option for the widget at the top, so you can choose what you want to display there: regen/power, energy consumption stats, player, maybe something else
Thank you so much to everyone who shared feedback! Your insights have been incredibly valuable, and I've taken them all to heart.
I wish I could've responded to each comment, but my day job keeps me pretty tied up. It's what funds my pet projects like this one, after all. But rest assured, I've...
Thank you for your feedback! Those are very good suggestions!
It didnāt take too much time-maybe three or four hours- and it definitely reflected on the quality. I just wanted to get rid of this brain worm, I guess. If I find time for another iteration, I will have so much feedback to consider...
Thanks!
I donāt think there are any options. The instrument cluster changes when you switch to Unbridled (and changes the layout, moving the speed gauge to another place ?), and thatās it. You canāt customize it ĀÆ\_(ć)_/ĀÆ
Although I absolutely adore every inch of my MachE GTPE, I can't help but be irked by the existing instrument cluster design. As a product designer, I couldn't resist taking a crack at redesigning the panel that is always in my sight butā¦, well, could use some improvement.
What I think is...
