I have a 23 and thought mine worked but now I'm going to check tomorrow. I may be confusing it with the one on our F150. EDIT : It doesn't have a front camera washer and neither does the Lightning I just purchased.
I had the same problem. My dealer wouldn't order parts till they diagnosed it. So I took delivery and 5 weeks later they got it in for service. They kept it for a week. They replaced the switch/button and the black plastic part. Then reprogramming for the door module.
Mine failed twice last week. Then on Saturday I manually selected to do the update and it worked. Now my speedometer is to the right side, it will not go to zero and, the speed jumps around randomly while driving.

It's not a gt but space white yes. I left home a little later than normal today. That impala that was tailgating you almost hit me getting on at Warrenton.
I have found it much less hassle, to just know what chargers I will encounter on my trip. Then I have the apps downloaded setup and in a folder tile on my phone. For most slow chargers it's free you just need an app to start the charger. The EA chargers I just plug in and it starts.
