On the Tracker, my "Primary Status" now says "Delivered" - if only!!!

So I got the 10-14 week email like everyone else, but I also have a change on the My Ford "Manage Your Order" part which now says that my Mach-E is no longer "In Production" and instead is now "On It's Way" - though the My Ford site still shows my car's estimated availability as 20-23 weeks...

Hi guys, I'm sure this has been covered before but please humour me; The tracker now needs VIN + order number. When I input my correct numbers, it still says "Can't retrieve this VIN". Any ideas? Thanks
