Did you check the window sticker? It should indicate the exterior color. Could not substitute a color for what’s on the Monroney.

I went back and forth between Infinite Blue and Star White before I ordered the Star White. Perhaps Ford is getting back to Henry Ford’s founding principles — you can have any color as long as it’s black.

I had same experience with my dealer (although I hooked up with the GM/Partner). He printed for me an order preview which had the 4 digit order #, so I was able to use the order trackers.
