Many of those things you refer to were previously standard equipment, but in 2026 they were either made optional, or the series offering strategy was changed.
The Rally spoiler attaches the same way as the base spoiler. Only problem is that the roof rails are painted to match the color of the spoiler. If you replace the Dark Carbonized Gray Rally spoiler with a gloss black spoiler from any other Mach-E, it won't match the color of the roof rails...

The Rally and base spoilers are a direct swap. Only issue you'd have going from the Rally spoiler to the base spoiler is that the mismatched roof moldings might look a bit wonky.

The white wheels are available in the Ford Performance Racing parts catalog. I don't think the Dark Carbonized Gray versions are, but I may be mistaken.

I feel like a range hit of a couple miles from the mud flaps would be negligible compared to other factors like driving style, cold weather, a strong headwind... I personally don't think that would be enough to deter me from getting them.
