I bought these for my Mach-E, but never used them because the car ended up being a lemon :(.
The product is this:

Retail is $60, selling them for $45 shipped in US or local pickup in the Fort Lauderdale area. Would consider...
Ford bought my Mach-E back as a lemon. Continual warnings on my dashboard and limited drive train power, including losing the acceleration twice. Then, I had an issue with key fobs not being recognized. I have moved on to a Mercedes EQS, for which I pay $70 less a month than I did for a Ford...

My Mach e just arrived and I was told my VIN doesn't qualify for the rebate. What if anything would anyone suggest about this? Is it dealer incompetence? Any number I call?
My dealer seems to be completely inept but they were the only ones not charging an additional premium to sell me the car. I asked for the VIN and they were clueless. Is there any particular directions I can give them to share it with me?
