I empathize with the OP's unfortunate situation. However, did he ever update the dealership as to when he actually intended to purchase the highly-coveted GT, which he test drove several times? The dealership's money-making stance was $#!+ or get of the pot.

How many days will it take you to purchase your MME once it arrives? How many test drives will you/family require?
