  1. 6% Battery Degradation after 3 years, 35k miles

My understanding is that the SOH estimate depends on some recent charge-to-100% sessions for maximum accuracy.
  2. Dead 12v battery before taking ownership of New 2023 Mach E and effect on HV battery life?

My only concern would be that the battery could have sulfated. Sure, it's under warranty, but if it strands you somewhere, it will still suck.
  3. New Mobile Charger Review

Not sure what's janky about it. That adapter only has to carry 12A. For that level of current, it looks plenty beefy.
  4. Way too DANGEROUS!

I've submitted a report to NHTSA
  5. Key FOB replacement

Definitely shop around - other dealers might have better price...
  6. Post here if you have an active FDRS account and are willing to look up info for others

I paid $536 for the Mongoose cable and around $80 for a 30A power supply (not including tax). If you have a windows laptop that you can use, you're in for around $625-$650 plus tax, plus $50 (plus tax) for each 2-day license for FDRS.
  7. Post here if you have an active FDRS account and are willing to look up info for others

Here I am again asking for another status. I did updates a week or two ago, and saw some recurring RFA issues / errors. I've been having some trouble with PAAK since then. Can you see what my updates and car health look like? 3FMTK4SX9PMA25197
  8. Best Tire for the Mach E?

Which 19" wheels are you using? I've thought about switching to 19" when the time comes.
  9. How to reconfigure ChargePoint Home Flex after switching from plug to hardwired?

removed / reset and added back. Thanks for the help.
  10. How to reconfigure ChargePoint Home Flex after switching from plug to hardwired?

I installed my ChargePoint Home Flex a week or so ago and was using 14-50 plug w/50A breaker. Unit set itself to 40A max as expected. Today I ran 6AWG wire and replaced breaker w/60A. How do I tell ChargePoint it is hardwired now so I can utilize 48A? Can't find it in app settings anywhere...
  11. Do you consider the Mach-E an SUV?

I guess the first question is, what is the definition of SUV vs CUV, etc.? In my mind, I'm thinking CUV...
  12. HUGE Safety Issue - 1PD - "Drive Mode Not Available"

I've had this happen several times. Twice on a road trip while I had BlueCruise engaged, then 2 or three times on local in-town driving. Mine said "one pedal drive fault":
  13. Audio only coming through front center speaker

I experienced this issue for the first time on a road trip recently. It seemed to be correlated to the voice prompts for navigation. It is as though the system thinks it needs to do a voice prompt, so it mutes all but the center speaker, but no nav prompt is forthcoming. Eventually, it went back...
  14. Will Mach-E Get Lightning's Heat Pump?

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe motor heat was previously "thrown away" to atmosphere, but is now reclaimed for battery and/or cabin?
  15. Chargepoint Home Flex install (wired) - stripped wire prep?

Yeah, I've ordered 6AWG MC to replace the 8AWG.
  16. Chargepoint Home Flex install (wired) - stripped wire prep?

240V equipment doesn't need a neutral unless it needs 120V for some of its internal functions. If the EVSE doesn't need 120V, it has no internal connection for neutral, and they can save some $ by omitting the conductor / prong.
  17. FDRS unable to login

This worked, but only after I closed and reopened FDRS. If you try to login as ETIS and it fails, and then you try independent operator, it fails too. Annoying...
  18. FDRS unable to login

So, purchased a 2-day license a couple of weeks ago and was able to install FDRS, login and perform updates on my car (although initially could not log in and had to downgrade from 39.x to 37.x version of FDRS). Tried to do this again this weekend with new 2-day license and can't get logged in...
  19. Chargepoint Home Flex install (wired) - stripped wire prep?

I've purchased the ChargePoint Home Flex and mounted it to the wall. I have a 25' run of Wireco 8/3 THHN metal clad (see here) from the 60A breaker in my panel. If you are familiar with the charger, you will know that the included power cord has flattened metal "pins" to insert into the...
