Problem is I have nowhere to enter anything in the app. As soon as I login to my National Grid account on the Chargesmart app, it tries to validate and shows the screen I posted above.
Did it take a particular amount of time before you were able to enroll? Ie after a billing month with charging? I've still been unable to enroll and they said they're working in it.

Has anyone else run into an issue registering for Off Peak charging and the ChargeSmartMA app? When I try to enroll it says I have no residential electric billing account. NG is clueless and I'm not getting any assistance from the ChargeSmartMA email. Anyone else have this issue and overcame?
