  1. A/C recirculate

Today I turned off auto climate control and set the air to come out of the vents and only A/C was selected, not E-Heat. Selected recirculate and went on my errands. An hour later I looked at the climate controls and recirculate was still set and it stayed on until I deselected recirculate...

  3. My car still has the charging cliff

The CS team contacted me once and never heard anymore from them. As you saw I have been battling this slow charging since I took delivery over a year ago. I have high hopes now that the dealer understands there is an issue, just frustrated.

The thread was started not knowing that the issue is probably hardware.
  5. My car still has the charging cliff

I have tried multiple EA chargers. Exactly the same results 70% and up is around 20kW and after 80% goes to 7-11kW. I use the chargepoint because it is only 6mi the nearest EA is 30 miles. Other Mach-e has had no issues there.
  6. My car still has the charging cliff

The dealer did the update this morning and I was able to observe. We also checked to see if the OBCC update was still on the software list, it was not. Just got back home after testing the DCFC charging and the problem still exists. Attached are 2 screen shots that I captured while the car was...
  7. My car still has the charging cliff

Yes Ford CS has my VIN. When I emailed the service director at the dealer the Vin was in the subject line and he thanked me for that, so he was able to see my records before he got back to me. I think I have a better chance now of actually getting the car fixed.
  8. My car still has the charging cliff

I only heard back from one guy and he wanted to know if I wanted to change dealers. Since then not a word from CS even though I requested additional help a month ago on our conversation thread on this forum. I hope it gets fixed. Thanks

  17. My car still has the charging cliff

The second time the dealer provided FDRS event printout to show they had done 21p22, with the OTA 2.4.2 could it still be our of date?
  18. My car still has the charging cliff

I have had 21P22 performed twice and I have 2.5.3 power up. The wiki notes said powerup 2.4.2 updates the charging curve. Beginning to think my car is a lost cause for quick charging. My latest try was a chargepoint 62.5 another Mach-e had charged there and had a good experience, When my car hit...
