The CS team contacted me once and never heard anymore from them. As you saw I have been battling this slow charging since I took delivery over a year ago. I have high hopes now that the dealer understands there is an issue, just frustrated.

I have tried multiple EA chargers. Exactly the same results 70% and up is around 20kW and after 80% goes to 7-11kW. I use the chargepoint because it is only 6mi the nearest EA is 30 miles. Other Mach-e has had no issues there.

Yes Ford CS has my VIN. When I emailed the service director at the dealer the Vin was in the subject line and he thanked me for that, so he was able to see my records before he got back to me. I think I have a better chance now of actually getting the car fixed.

I only heard back from one guy and he wanted to know if I wanted to change dealers. Since then not a word from CS even though I requested additional help a month ago on our conversation thread on this forum. I hope it gets fixed. Thanks

So the service manager called me back and we are to meet Friday morning and they will do the updates on the spot. He said if that doesn't correct my problem they will get Ford involved.

I had not thought of that. I will ask for that next time. I just sent the Service director an email and he has already responded and they said they would take care of my issue. They service manager is suppose to call me shortly. Thanks for your help

I have also made this trip twice in this car, 80% causes me to have to make one more stop coming back. There seems to always be a south wind blowing at 30mph :)

2.4.2 doesn't update the OBCC module.
