I got this update completely silently. No notification, no update history in app. Noticed because the departure time was re-enabled all of a sudden, and i checked updates. The ford website shows install on 4/18.

Kid needs a bigger seat and i see some old threads on issues with latch positioning (to hold seat in) and buckling in. Any parents with a high back booster seat recommendation that's easy to use, or is a seatbelt extender needed?

I did not end up using it - was worried the plastic getting pulled into the blower. Also had to fight rockauto to return it because it's not technically for mach-e and they didn't consider it faulty, so return shipping was on me. I ended up getting FRAM CV12772

With just the rears the car was much softer over speed bumps but still had the front/back bouncing. Fronts were definitely more straightforward.

No kidding. I managed to get everything aligned but then the spring was about half inch away from the bottom seat stop after all the back and forth. Time to disassemble again :poop:

Any tips for aligning the lower control arm to knuckle when installing the rear springs? The LCA-knuckle bolts are not tapered and there's barely any room for the bolt to go in straight due to the lateral arm (on the bolt side).

Not really an issue, but my '23GT with latest OTAs is showing a not completed 23-PU1024-MCP-FX update after a mobile visit for the recall. I don't think i ever received this update OTA, and I'm guessing it has been superseded by newer updates since.

I got the filter from rockauto. The blue part is shedding/linty. Tried pulling some of this off and it just keeps going. Since blue side is on the blower side, i don't want all this getting caught in the blower. Is this a bad one, or are they all like this?

What a dumb design and brittle plastic. In addition to the broken ear clip, at first the the filter door wasn't budging, so i pulled on the bottom clip right under and it broke too :facepalm:. Time go to looking for a screw. Not going to worry about the bottom clip tho, as that whole assembly...

You don't need to turn off lane centering in driver settings. Just #2, and #3 probably because there's a giant battery bar right underneath.
