I can confirm that Marin County Ford has major service issues for EV's. They had a three month reservation for me on software updates and windshield repair, and they cancelled the night before and never called me. Then never even bothered to make it right, even after complaints to the general...
If you haven't already done so, delete the EV driving history. You should get a range boost doing that, if the dealer didn't do it for you.
It really works and should be standard for everyone that gets the car new.
I was thinking about that too, most of the issues have been at home with home wifi and bluetooth connections. I will need to do more testing to see if that changes things. I also just deleted all apps and started over, which has been helping so far.
On 1) Yes, both pop up on the screen. Freaky to watch the 360 camera view live...
2) No radio on the smaller screen that I have seen. One thing I do like on the small screen is the speed limit.

I am trying to delete and reinstall. So far, that hasn't helped and created more issues (it won't register the second key). Maybe I am the "lucky" one....I will try again later.
Iphone 11 and latest OS (14.3). I guess it depends on what you define as recent, as the update was in December. That may be recent in Ford terms....but not recent in Tech company terms.
Agreed. My guess is they are betting to have better services to offer in 2 years to make it more worthwhile. For now, free was enough for me to try it.

Both. And sometimes when you get into the car, the dash reads "No key present", even though the phone is the key and is present. It clearly looks like connectivity issues. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't
More problems trying to activate the Fordpass charging network. It won't connect. I am on my 5th Ford customer service rep, no one is sure what the issue is.

The only things I don't like are the unreliable Ford App and iPhone as a Key. Both are not consistent in connecting and information updates. And yes the frunk only opening from the inside of the car is a bit annoying.
