Having the same slow responses in Switzerland. My dealer said Ford's feedback is delayed by multiple days (for a warranty replacement of the ICU), and my car is parked there for 10 days now, with no end in sight :(

Talked to the dealer today. The IPC is unreachable with their diagnosis tools. Ford thinks it's possible that an update could have bricked the IPC and is now analyzing the logs. Maybe it can't go to sleep, therefore also the battery drain
