Nah, holding it down longer didn't work. It only opens on the second button push. Just the first time though. I just tried it a few times and it opens after the first push every time except the first.
If I come back to the car later, it's back to having to press it twice that first time.
In the couple hundred times I've opened my trunk from inside the car, I've almost always had to press the release button twice. So much so, that I started thinking it was intentional.

Got the update a few hours ago and it completed successfully. I was driving and noticed that the clock was 15 minutes ahead. I restarted SYNC and now it's 7 minutes behind. Multiple reboots and it's still 7 minutes behind compared to my cellphone. Anyone else?
Finished shopping yesterday, remote started the car and headed over. Got in the car, closed the door and hit start. The horn went off INSIDE the car. It was unbelievably loud. I started smashing every button I could and the horn stopped after about 10 seconds.

WeatherTech liners are way too slippery. I had them for my Grand Cherokee and the cargo liner was terrible. Everything slides all over. I replaced it with the Mopar mat and it was much better. The Ford mats are more rubbery and grip better. I doubt I'll get Weathertech again. @HuntingPudel said...
I had a weathertech rear cargo mat for my Grand Cherokee and hated it. Shit would slide everywhere. Replaced it with the OEM one and it was much better. I will never buy a cargo area weathertech mat again.
With regards to the acoustic windshield, I have this on stamped on the bottom right hand corner.
