My WRX has been having issues with the cold this winter when it's -20C or colder. I can start the car when it's cold, drive in town and then shut the car off. If I try to start it over 15 minutes later it cranks but doesn't start. If I try 15 minutes later it will staet. Turn out the fuel...
I've only been in one for a ride. My dealer had one come in and it sold in 45 minutes. I didn't even get the chance to test drive it. I hope another comes in to test drive before I place an order.
I asked that question during the podcast. Seems like other MME owners were wondering the same.
I hope to buy a 2023 MME and was wondering if we could use them.

The great thing with these vehicles is they can get better over time.
The concern I would have is that the brakes are not used as much as an ICE vehicle. In the canadian north, I've had seized brake calipers when they are used for all of the vehicle's braking. Not sure how well the calipers will hold up in a BEV.
Hello Alex. Another point is how some manufacturer note the actual battery size and some note the usable battery size. It doesn't seem consistent and difficult to compare.
You said that you have access to 120V at work. Would it be possible to add 240V if you pay out of your pocket? Adding a L2 at work should cost less than the $5000 difference to go to the ER.
When I had my '99GT and '01 Bullitt I would even wipe down the engine compartment. People would ask if the need to remove their shoes before getting in my car.
If you're worried about salt on the paint, my garage at home is heated and setup so that I can wash my vehicles in the winter.
I can pick up your Mach-E, drive it a couple of hundred km wash it and return it to you. ?
