Yes it was some of the bolts that hold the shields on that weren’t all the way tight. Have your dealer put it up and check all bolts around the shields and battery pack! Hope this helps!

Just curious, has anyone here stopped the updates so that they would not have the cluster change with the car being in the middle? We did and won't do any further updates until this is addressed.....Drove 100k miles without it there and now for it to be a unchangeable option is a real let down.

No, not anything noticeable. We do not worry about range. Unbridled mode all the time, this past trip we averaged 2.7/mile with heat on.

We did just complete a full 800 mile round trip and are over 95k now and the SOH for the HVB is still at 88%.

The 12V was replaced at the same time the first HVBJB was replaced around 27k/8 months of ownership.

Initial bugs being worked out it appears to be the consensus. Always happens with the early adopters 🤷🏻‍♂️ After 2 HVBJB replacements and some software issues, we are sitting at 95,xxx and no issues since 43k. Very happy with the car, we just took it for a trip on thanksgiving too!

I agree about the Ventilated seats. I have them in my Edge ST and enjoy it in the summer. It feels like a downgrade getting into our 21 Premium. But then I look up at the 15" screen compared to my 10" in my edge and driving past gas stations and that feeling goes away! :)
