    Creaking/rattle from behind/under front seat?

Yes it was some of the bolts that hold the shields on that weren’t all the way tight. Have your dealer put it up and check all bolts around the shields and battery pack! Hope this helps!

Just received OTA Power-Up 6.7.0 Update

Just curious, has anyone here stopped the updates so that they would not have the cluster change with the car being in the middle? We did and won't do any further updates until this is addressed.....Drove 100k miles without it there and now for it to be a unchangeable option is a real let down.

3 Common Mistakes That May Harm Your EV Battery - Engineering Explained

I just updated an old post I had made about the SOH for our 21. We rolled 100k today and almost a full 3 years with it (next month). We have been charging at home 5 days a week from 25-35% to 90-100% because we need the range. It is driven in Unbridled mode, no one pedal at all. SOH has been...

    Battery SoH @ 31 months 88k miles

Just wanted to share that our 21 Mach-E just rolled over 100k miles today. Still reading 88% SOH on the battery, we took it to Reno a few weeks ago and had no issues with charging or range. The more of these EV's that roll over 100k miles with good battery health I think needs to be reported...

    PowerUp 6.8.0 released

Reading all these comments about issues re-appearing and the change in the cluster display almost encourages us to cancel all updates until this is fixed so our car will not receive the update. What a mess, good job Ford. I can only imagine what your feedback queue looks like right now...

Recall 23S56 - HVBJB Replacement / Powertrain Software Update

I am curious about this as well, I am wonder what the V3 difference will be. We have had a V1 replaced with another V1 in Jan 2022, then a V2 replaced in July 2022. We did receive a notice about the recall but then it was removed from our vehicle due to the V2 part already being installed. We...

    Battery SoH @ 31 months 88k miles

Thanks for sharing! You most likely have the “rebuilt/refreshed” part like we do. And if so, then you will not be apart of the current recall. Our current one was installed 18 months ago and we no longer show our VIN being apart of the recall since it was replaced with the updated part. We...

    Battery SoH @ 31 months 88k miles

No, not anything noticeable. We do not worry about range. Unbridled mode all the time, this past trip we averaged 2.7/mile with heat on.

    Battery SoH @ 31 months 88k miles

We did just complete a full 800 mile round trip and are over 95k now and the SOH for the HVB is still at 88%.

    Battery SoH @ 31 months 88k miles

The 12V was replaced at the same time the first HVBJB was replaced around 27k/8 months of ownership.

Consumer Reports 2023 annual reliability survey: Mach-E improves and scores 2nd place for electric SUV

Initial bugs being worked out it appears to be the consensus. Always happens with the early adopters 🤷🏻‍♂️ After 2 HVBJB replacements and some software issues, we are sitting at 95,xxx and no issues since 43k. Very happy with the car, we just took it for a trip on thanksgiving too!

Thanksgiving trip to SoCal from NorCal FIRST ACTUAL FULL TRIP

What I referred to as far as etiquette, is exactly what you mentioned. It seems most EV’s charging speed drops off at 80%. If there is a line, then politely move your vehicle out of the way if you want to talk to someone or if there is only two chargers, and there are six people waiting. Don’t...

My First Range Test in my 2023 California Rte. 1: Bay Area to 7000'

2021 Premium XAWD here and we just did a trip to SoCal from the east bay (800m round trip) and we averaged between 2.1-2.7 driving on Unbridled mode with 75-80mph. Temps were not too bad, but when below 40 its noticable with the heat being on how it affects the consumption. We just added 2...

Thanksgiving trip to SoCal from NorCal FIRST ACTUAL FULL TRIP

This is our first FULL roundtrip EV experience since getting our MME in 2/2021. We were concerned since the last time we did this trip (xmas 2021) we broke down with the first HVBJB problem. I will split this into 3 parts........ The trip down to SoCal was great, we stopped 4 times to charge...

    Pre-Conditioning Battery on trip

Hello all.... We decided to give it another try again so we are going on our first long distance trip to SoCal from NorCal tomorrow since the first HVBJB failure in Dec. 2021 that was catastrophic for us and left us stranded for days at Christmas. Past 2 years we drove ICE vehicles for the...

    Battery SoH @ 31 months 88k miles

I will certainly update the post when it gets there. Just rolled over 93k right now so will prob be after the 1st of the year but who knows at this point haven't decided if we are going to take it on our trip for Thanksgiving or not. Concerned still with the HVBJB issues, although being on the...

Recall Information: High Voltage Battery Junction Box (23S56)

Thanks for your feedback. The advance notice I read within Fords system stated that the vehicle can still completely shut down depending on which way the contacts fry (open or shut). Or it can also cause a no start which we have had happen before the full failure. After discussing this more...

Recall Information: High Voltage Battery Junction Box (23S56)

@Ford Motor Company I have a curious question, why was it when this recall was issued the HVJB recall was in PTS but now it does not show? Is it because we have already had 2 HVJB replaced? Is it because we are at almost 100k??? Our first failure was Christmas eve 2021 6 hours into an 8...

New incentives for Mach-E announced đź’°

I agree about the Ventilated seats. I have them in my Edge ST and enjoy it in the summer. It feels like a downgrade getting into our 21 Premium. But then I look up at the 15" screen compared to my 10" in my edge and driving past gas stations and that feeling goes away! :)
