Love it. Had mine since 3/19. Almost 10k miles.

most issues are with a buggy app, I don’t include that with my one on one experience with the car.
love the one pedal drive, played around with it for a day then I finally clicked in my head.Treat it like the old...
I recall this happening several weeks ago... to track on https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking#/ it requires the order number (which only gives the option of 4 characters and my order number is 8 characters long (ordered in 8/2020).
Additionally, it seems the tracker app on the forum can...
Thank you for the link.
I noticed they are not precut, nor is the pony cut out. I was hoping for something that was ready to go, no requirements on my part to cut the wrap. I will wait until some after market things show up that are, for me, worth purchasing.
agree with the above. they WILL do regular OTA updates.
This is their first BEV...they have screamed OTA updates at the top of their lungs...put the mustang name on it...etc.
if they start dropping the ball or the updates aren't significant enough to actually notice, failing to deliver as...
I have seen more than one online write up claiming Tesla is better vs MME while citing the heat pump. Do you think having a heat pump would have made the vehicle better in a significant way? In other words, are we missing out on something big without it?
thanks, additionally... your thread and...
there are lists online where you can find dealerships that do not have ADM, honor Xplan... things like that.
I don't think it would be in any faster going to the dealership.
Online ordering, people have seemed to have more accessibility to online tools following the build/order process...
And the most accurate inference award goes to...shutterbug!!!
to reiterate... the renewal of the tax credit would make it more affordable, thus more buyers of BEVs. Not to mention, this would spark more competition and competitive pricing as a result
Personally...
unfair is subjective. To Ford/etc, yes. To the environment and the EV movement...no. Not to be all “save Mother Earth” but I would rather see people who relied on the tax credit to purchase an EV get another chance vs buying another ICE
There is no good way to handle other than what you have already done.
mentally, it sucks. It is just a car. Metal, plastic, etc. I know it feels like a personal attack sometimes.
Sorry
If people received a different email or they are discussing a separate occurrence, that would be understandable.
In the email I received (I am assuming I am one of the 4,500), no use of the phrase “shipping delay” in the email I received
was at my dealership yesterday (3/6) and they checked their system yesterday in front of me, I am a part of that new delay and he confirmed the delay is the bolt issue. From Ford, as sent to the dealership, check/tighten the bolts before delivery.

IMHO, this same logic applies to the GT. I wanted the GT at first, fear of missing out. As the mach E gets tested/seasoned...the extra money for an upgrade (2024 Mach E GT) makes more sense for me personally.
let go of the FOMO and enjoy the car you ordered, AWD...RWD... will likely be...
I am interested in your comments regarding relatively "slower off the line" and quicker acceleration after 20mph mark or so (vs your coupe). Most reviewers mention the quickness off the line. I wonder if that has anything to do with AWD vs RWD.
as per others on the forum, was your ETA accurate...
I feel for everyone that is affected by the delay. hold on to hope. Perhaps something good will come out of it, some awesome finance incentive that you wouldn't have had otherwise.
hang in there
