Needs a new latch and cable, both parts on back order with availability dates of Jan 9th and Jan 19th. In a Ford Bronco loaner till then.
Opened a case with Ford Customer Experience hoping to accelerate. Managed to get the HVBJB replaced in about two weeks when it failed, strange this latch...

I went to open my 2021 GT Frunk and it partially unlatched, but won't close or open further using any method (FordPass app, Sync or mechanical pull).
Anyone else had this problem?
I got mine from Groove Ford in Centennial first week of Feb. Wouldn't say they were knowledgeable, specifically when I tried to do the PaaK fix, they were completely lost.
But the purchase went well enough that I pre-ordered a GT in April from them that was scheduled for first week of Sept...
This is one of my only complaints on my Mach-E. My back is always burning up from the seat temp in the summer and while the AC cools me off, it doesn't help my back a bit.
Checked my garage camera tonight and noticed something I hadn’t before. The Blue Cruise IR lights flashing, even though the MME was off and charging. Unplugged the charger out of curiosity and the same thing continued. Checked a few minutes later and it was off. Not sure what triggered it any...
Dealership cancelled my appointment today for 21B36 saying another update was needed for the update? Basically saying they are pausing the 21B36 update waiting for another patch? My MME was delivered early Feb
This has happened twice now on my iPhone 11.
Try to launch the app and just get the Ford logo, then it crashes. Doesn’t recover after force closing the app or power cycling the phone. Had to uninstall and reinstalling then log back in. But that caused issues with PaaK and had to create new key...
