Your take seems highly unlikely to me, but......
For sure, I'll never buy a MachE with a tariff applied to it. So there's that - free market (sort of) and all. I don't need a MachE, I would just like one....
I just had a midwest dealer tell me this same thing. I have been tracking their stock order for possible purchase. Said it was in Dallas and is not shippable. Seems consistent with others experiences. Ford must be holding the '25's there for some reason?
Positive note - at least these builds...
Haha - so you think tariff's won't impact existing order prices if your MachE hasn't excited Mexico this week? (this all presumes that someone doesn't change his mind again).
Anyone concerned with the 25% tariff's going into effect on Tuesday? I was hoping to locate one (and maybe still can that will be in the US by then headed to dealer stock.
I know I'm not buying a MachE if the tariff increases the price. Fun times!
There will be less American cars period if the tariff's for them stick. ICE and EV's will be uncompetitive.
Sure, GM and Ford own the large SUV and pickup market for the most part. But Farley is right - way to hand the business over to the Korean's and Japanese.
Hopefully the affected states...

Premium - $2,414/year
The GT is more than our 2024 X5 50e, which I find crazy. But, why would a Premium be more than a GT (and I...
Well, it seems like the Auto Trader listings are click bait - none of the dealers I reached to have them in stock. They are all coming very soon (per the salesperson - yeah, right) .... the reality is that no 2025's have left the factory per my local dealer (who is the honest one).
I see that...
That's too bad. We're looking for a GT with a pretty standard config...
We'll see what the dealers say today, they all have emails. When I have seen this is the past (searching for Raptors), more often than not the vehicles aren't there. The dealer just enters them in as a new stocking order...
Since nobody knows yet what these tariff's will do to the MachE's - I've decided to escalate my search for in stock/en route vehicles that fit what I planned to custom order. Surprisingly, I found 4 within 200 miles of me that fit exactly. Could be in a MachE sooner than expected! Anyone else...
