    I have the same issue. Now on my second call with Ford. Last week I wasted 2 hours with no resolution. Numerous transfers and hang-ups. Got an email saying the issue was being escalated and been on hold now over one hour.

    I got to the dealer at 8:30 am and left after 12 Noon. Unbelievable as I assumed it would 90 minutes at the most. Hope no one else encounters such delays. Service tech not the friendliest either even though I kept quiet for 2 hours with no information on the update.

    I am out of here too. Mine arrived and I drove off today. No issues, no adm, x-plan and a low interest rate. Ford pass didn't work at the dealer, but did at my house.
